LOGLINE:  A family operated dolphin research station in the Bahamas confronts the US Navy over sonar induced dolphin deaths.  SYNOPSIS: Alyssa Harker, an 18-year-old dolphin researcher working with her famous scientist father Hawk (DAVID KEITH) at a research station in the Bahamas , becomes romantically involved with a mysterious tourist named Craig (PAUL WESLEY). Upon learning that Craig  is leading a secret identity as a Naval officer on a mission with Gwen Stiles (IVANA MILICEVIC) and Captain Elias Blaine (MICHAEL IRONSIDE) that threatens the research center and its dolphins,  Alyssa and Craig both find themselves caught in a plot of espionage, conspiracy, and kidnapping that tests loyalties and leads to a graveyard of dead dolphins and whales near the location of the notorious underwater testing of US Navy Sonar.
