Synopsis: An American war photojournalist (Hasselhoff) joins forces with a beautiful Eurasian girl (Donita Rose) in her quest to find her father, missing for over 20 years. The quest leads them through some of the darkest corner of Manila, and as they get closer to their objective, they begin to uncover secrets that the girl’s father (Steiger) has tried to keep covered for decades. The story builds to a pulse-pounding climax with twists, turns, and the possibility of death at every turn.
